Rosehips Beauty has been my raison d'être since 2005, when I first began providing skin condition solutions by way of consultations, products and skin care services. The name "Rosehips Beauty" is inspired by the rose hip, the actual fruit of the rose. Like the rose hip, we women are first budding young maidens, then blossoms, and finally potent forces of vitality, able to fortify ourselves and others. The rose hip, present in many skin care products, contains incredible amounts of vitamin c and bioflavonoids, and is essential to beautifully healthy skin.

As a licensed esthetician and trained Reiki Master my approach to skin care is a melding of mind, body and spirit, and my treatments are intended to heal on all of those levels of being. One of American women's biggest challenges is confronting the idea that age is not beautiful, and that youth is beauty. In actuality, we women become more potent with time. It is the belief that we lose our looks that causes us to lose our potency. My mother used to tell me "Beauty is as beauty does," meaning good deeds are more important than good looks. I believe both are equally important, and that "good looks" is about good health combined with a good attitude. Let's lose the idea that only youth is beauty, and find our truth.
